Real Denim Store Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes an exchange is necessary, and we strive to make the process fair for both our customers and our business. Exchanges can only be done ONCE per order. Please read the following terms carefully before requesting an exchange.
Exchanges are only allowed for items of equal or greater value. If the new item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference. No refunds will be given for exchanges to a lower-priced item.
We do not accept cancellations or refunds once an order has been processed.
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability and approval. We reserve the right to decline requests if the returned item does not meet our conditions or if the requested size is unavailable.
Each order is eligible for ONE exchange only.
Items can be exchanged within 4 days of receiving them from the courier.
Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Proof of purchase is required.
Sale items, discounted purchases, and promotional items.
Accessories (e.g., belts, socks, keychains).
Custom orders or limited-edition pieces.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for both return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to them.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Processing Time:
Exchanges are processed only after we inspect and approve the returned item.
Please allow extra processing time during peak periods.
Any attempt to bypass this policy will not be entertained. Our team strictly follows these guidelines.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments—please ensure proper packaging and tracking.
This policy does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or issues due to incorrect sizing selected by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse future exchanges from customers who repeatedly violate our policy.
