Exchange Policy
At Real Denim Store, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy, we offer a 4-day exchange period for eligible items.
Please Note: We do not accept refunds under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Timeframe: Items can be exchanged within 4 days of receiving them from the courier.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible.
- Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Items purchased at a discount or on sale.
- Accessories.
- Custom orders or limited-edition pieces.
Important Notes on Exchanges
- We only allow exchanges for items of equal or lesser value than your original purchase. If you select an item of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded.
- Cancellations are not accepted once your order has been processed.
- Size exchanges are subject to approval and stock availability. We reserve the right to accept or reject size exchange requests based on the condition of the returned item and inventory levels.
How to Exchange
- Contact Us: Message us on WhatsApp at 01154048309 within 4 days of receiving your item to request an exchange. Please include your order number and details about the item(s).
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, as well as the cost of sending the exchanged item to you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- Exchanges are processed only after we inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- This policy does not cover accidental damage or misuse of the product.
- Please allow extra processing time during peak periods.
