TCB S40's Jeans
When Hajime Inoue founded TCB Jeans in 2012, he was initially drawn to classic vintage icons like the 501XX and the 66 model pieces that represented perfection in his eyes at the time.
As his craftsmanship deepened and his understanding of vintage reproduction evolved, his perspective shifted. He began to appreciate the character found in imperfections the subtle irregularities that give each garment its soul.
These simplified models may appear rough and imperfect at first glance, but they carry a richness of history and narrative that more polished pieces often lack.
From the overall cut to the construction and even the smallest details, every element is carefully recreated based on the original S501XX.
